Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sak44 online casino and sports betting platform ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on sak44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the sak44 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and sak44 ("we", "us", "our"). sak44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The sak44 platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. sak44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Minimum AgeYou must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the sak44 platform. Creating an account, depositing, or placing a bet while under 21 is strictly prohibited. sak44 will immediately close any account found to belong to a player under 21 and will void all associated transactions.
• One Account Per PersonEach individual may hold only one registered account on sak44. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or household — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across the related accounts.
• Accurate InformationYou must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, incorrect date of birth, or a mobile number that is not your own — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for keeping your sak44 login credentials confidential. sak44 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account. Notify sak44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• No Exclusion BypassAny individual who has self-excluded from sak44 or been excluded by sak44 is not eligible to hold or use an account. Attempting to register a new account after exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

To access the real-money features of sak44, you must complete registration and, where required, submit to identity and age verification. sak44 applies KYC procedures in line with its operational policies. The following rules apply to all registered sak44 players.

• RegistrationRegistration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. Your mobile number is your unique account identifier on sak44 and may not belong to another person.

• Account ClosureYou may request closure of your sak44 account at any time by contacting sak44 support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure in accordance with sak44 standard procedures. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
• Dormant AccountsAn account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. sak44 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied and given the opportunity to reactivate your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sak44 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related transfers — are governed by the rules in this section. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all registered players.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit on sak44 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your sak44 wallet. sak44 reserves the right to update minimum deposit limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• Accepted Methodssak44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded.
• Deposit CreditingDeposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to your sak44 wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In case of a delay, contact sak44 support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposit Limitssak44 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account, payment method, or platform level. Players wishing to set personal deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes may do so from their account settings.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum WithdrawalThe minimum withdrawal from sak44 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. sak44 reserves the right to update withdrawal thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal MethodWithdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used for the deposit, unless an exception has been expressly approved by sak44 in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Processing Timesak44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within minutes. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required. sak44 does not guarantee same-day processing but will make all reasonable efforts to minimise delays.
• Withdrawal Verificationsak44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and confirmation of deposit source. Withdrawal requests are held pending until all required documentation is received and verified.

Section 5

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

sak44 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the rules in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where a conflict exists between this section and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Welcome BonusNew sak44 players are eligible for a first deposit match bonus up to ৳10,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon your first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses issued by sak44 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is issued. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus ExpiryAll bonuses carry an expiry period communicated at the time of issuance. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds are not reinstatable.
• Bonus Abusesak44 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional reward where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements, and misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion.
• Promotional Changessak44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable. Participation in any sak44 promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any applicable specific promotion terms.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

• Void Betssak44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds, incorrect market data, or where it is determined that the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already known. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account.
• Stake Limitssak44 operates minimum and maximum stake limits which may vary by game, market, and account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. sak44 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sak44 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings in the account will be forfeited. sak44 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and MisrepresentationUsing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, providing fraudulent payment details, or engaging in any form of deception in connection with your sak44 account or any platform transaction is strictly prohibited.
• Money LaunderingUsing the sak44 platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any financial transaction illegal under applicable law is strictly prohibited. sak44 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any investigation into suspected money laundering activity.
• CollusionColluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market on sak44 is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing cards or information in live table games and coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit platform rules.
• Software ManipulationUsing bots, scripts, automated software, or any tool designed to interfere with, exploit, or gain an advantage over the sak44 platform or its games is strictly prohibited. sak44 employs technical monitoring to detect automated play and will close accounts where it is identified.
• Abusive BehaviourThreatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards sak44 support staff or other players is strictly prohibited. sak44 reserves the right to immediately close any account where abusive behaviour is demonstrated, without obligation to refund any balance.

Responsible Gaming

These tools are available to all registered players and can be activated directly from account settings without requiring support team intervention.

sak44 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The platform will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or use a real-money account. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sak44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of data, profit, revenue, or opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the sak44 platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether sak44 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

sak44's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

sak44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects player rights, payment rules, or eligibility criteria — sak44 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact information held on their account. Non-material amendments such as typographical corrections may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised. By continuing to use sak44 after the effective date of any amendment, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.
